The State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) Bradenton Symphony Orchestra will “Pull Out All the Stops” with organ and piano performances at 8 p.m. April 21 in SCF’s Neel Performing Arts Center, 5840 26th St. W.

John Lucado, music director at Redeemer Lutheran Church and an SCF faculty member in Business & Technology, will perform the organ part for Camille Saint-Saëns, Symphony No. 3, the “Organ Symphony.” Also on the program are the Grieg Piano Concerto, performed by SCF piano faculty member Aza Torshkoeva, and Shostakovich’s “Festive Overture.”

Torshkoeva received her master’s degree in piano performance from the University of South Florida. She previously attended the College of Music in Petropavlosk-Kamchatskiy, Russia, and the School of Music in Professional Education of Piano Playing in Elizovo, Russia.

She has performed in Manhattan with the Florida Orchestra, and is a winner of the Florida Orchestra’s Concerto Competition and the State of Florida Piano Competition. She also has won more than 30 Russian regional and international piano competitions and was a prize winner of the International Piano Competition in Finland. Torshkoeva was the recipient of the Presidential Scholarship from the president of Russia and is included in the “Encyclopedia of the Most Talented Children of Russia.”

During construction of SCF’s new Library and Learning Center, parking for SCF’s Neel Performing Arts Center will be west of Building 11, in Parking Lot I. Entrance to the auditorium remains on the east side of the building, with a drop-off area directly to the south of the front doors. Signs along 60th Avenue West and the drive lanes on campus guide patrons to the drop-off area and parking.
