The State College of Florida Foundation will present pianist Mac Frampton for the season’s final Sundays at Neel concert at 2 p.m. March 19 at the Neel Performing Arts Center, 5840 26th St. W.

Frampton was able to launch his career after competing in the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. Since then he has performed more than 4,000 concerts world-wide and released more than 25 recordings. As a performer, for the better part of four decades, Mac Frampton has played huge arenas and concert halls and soloed with great orchestras.

Sundays at Neel is a series of fundraising concerts that benefit State College of Florida Foundation scholarships. General admission is $30. For tickets and information, contact SCF’s Neel box office at 941-752-5252 or by email at

During the construction of SCF’s new Library and Learning Center, parking for SCF’s Neel Performing Arts Center will be west of Building 11, in Parking Lot I. Entrance to the auditorium remains on the east side of the building, with a drop-off area directly to the south of the front doors. Signs along 60th Avenue West and the drive lanes on campus guide patrons to the drop-off area and parking.
